For supplemental usage, Golden Goose recommends 8 drops, 2-3 times a day. There is also no harm taking the combined daily dose in one go, at a time that suits. More important is consistent daily use. Leave the drops UNDER the tongue for at least a minute; the longer the better to ensure complete absorption.
Each drop contains roughly 0.833mg of cannabinoids.
There is not a one dose fits all solution. We suggest slowly increasing the dosage over time, until the benefit required is reached. Then, stick with that amount.
